Taylor & Sons Kawasaki

I have about a nine year relationship with this family owned/operated store. Over time, I have grown weary of my necessary visits to get maintenance for the mowers that I purchase here. Some of the family is nice and seems to care, but others appear to don't care (unless they are having a good day - I guess). The service at this store is hit and miss at best. Over the years, I have bought different pieces of lawn mower equipment at this family owned store. However, when trying to get the lawn mower equipment serviced, there is at least one lady in the family who is not customer service oriented. Whenever some service is dragging out or whenever someone fails to call you back (as promised), there is always a million excuses and a lack of concern. There is never an apology or a iota of concern in her voice. She seems to care less whether or not the family keeps your service or not. I will place my cell number here, in case some one from the store wants to call me back to try to change my mind. But, if no one calls me to work this out, this will be the last time that I use Taylor and Son's or recommend them to anyone in Meridian (in fact, my word will have just the opposite effect). 601-604-9298

This shop failed to investigate problems with my item and provide any warranty service. They are an authorized dealer for my product. One of the owner/operators was very disrespectful when I questioned their reluctance to provide warranty service.

I brought my gas powered leaf blower, with proof of purchase in hand, for repair because they are an authorized service center for this equipment. Within one hour i received a call that my equipment was not covered under the manufacture's warranty and I can come pick my blower up. When I came to pick up my equipment I asked why the two year warranty was not honored. The service technician, family member of owner, was very rude and informed me that it had bad gas in it. When I tried to reason with him he became more belligerent and I was told to take my blower and leave the store. The technician openly admitted that he did not perform any inspection on the mechanical parts of the equipment and he could determine that the gasoline in the tank was bad by smelling it. When I informed him that the gas in the tank was less than two weeks old he said that one could get bad gas right out of the pump at the service station. I have several gas powered yard tools and none of them have given me any trouble from the, so called, bad gas. My equipment is well maintained and kept in excellent condition. I ended up returning my blower to the retailer where I purchased it and it was exchanged without question due to the amount of time left on the warranty.
