Poling Home Inspections, Inc.’s Chief Inspector is licensed in the State of Mississippi, and the firm complies with the Mississippi Home Inspection Board’s Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. The firm is employee owned and it is totally independent of any local real estate interests or agencies. We have been serving East Mississippi home inspection needs since 2004 and have completed a grand total of over 2700 inspections and reports. We perform each assignment in accordance with Mississippi Standards of Practice, clearly explaining our findings in a written report. We are available to answer questions about both the field inspection and the written report. We truly understand how important acquisition of a home is, and we are, in effect, assisting you in doing due diligence.

Not only did he point out several issues, he also have several suggestions for increased efficiency should I end up owning the home. After receiving the report via email, I was easily able to call him and go over each item in detail over a lengthy phone call. He is also native to the area and knows the idiosyncrasies of multiple surrounding neighborhoods.
Description of Work: Mr. Poling performed a home inspection on a house which I am interested in. He did an outstanding job and is very knowledgeable and thorough.
