Description of Work: At first I wrote a good review. Then my husband saw it and managed to change my opinion. They were fast and seemed thourough, but we didn't feel the carpet was really deep-clean after they left. They showed me a spot I knew wasn't going to come up and I appreciated that, but in the end, just didn't get that satisfied feeling. But it's been a year. I just know I will call someone else. Overall: C.

We have been making some major changes to the way our cleaners operate and internal processes are improving. Gardner's Carpet Cleaning has been around since 1972 and our standards are set very high and we want you, our customer to be pleased with our work. I see this was a review from a very long time ago but I would like to ask if you reached out to the office and brought this to our attention? We always back our service and will come back to look over things after everything is all said and done. PERFECT
Description of Work: I had Mr. Gardner clean several rugs, and a few rooms, They were so professional and nice. They did fantastic work, made my carpet look 100% new again. I even had some places were another carpet cleaner had almost ruined my carpet, Gardner's cleaned it up perfectly. I would tell EVERYONE to use this company. Mike Gardner and his son Daniel and 3 other employees work fast and reliably.
