+ -1 morei was a success story ... red stains from drink mixes don't usually come out ... but the owner was really candid and told me that steam plus a cleaner might get the stain out ... it worked ...
Description of Work: I requested an estimate for a two bedroom / 1 den apartment. the carpet was the typical champagne carpet. it was heavily soiled. another company had tried to clean the carpet. there was red stains from a drink mix. i didn't expect that to come up. two previous visits from another company and my efforts had not gotten this up. there were the usual high traffic stains from dirt being tracked in from the parking lot and the grassy areas. i was really surprised. the stains and dark traffic stains were removed in under an hour. if you have serious stains, these are the people to use, i was surprised because the owner actually cleaned my carpet. i'm moving so new carpet goes to the next tenant but champagne carpet is a pain to keep clean. i'm investing in some darker rugs next. dooley's is the carpet cleaning company you want to call ... i'm writing this because i wasted money on a well known company that does business cleaning. ugh ...

+ -1 moreI had looked him up in the phone book or an online phone directory, I can't remember which. He came out on short notice. He helped again by spraying down the nasty miniblinds with his chemical, knocking lots of dirt and grease off and knocking about three hours out of my workload!
Description of Work: Mr. Dooley cleaned several rooms with carpet and removed what looked like impossible dirt. He took time on particular stains and got a big part of them out. This is a rental house of mine and it takes abuse, especially the carpets. I plan on calling him tomorrow as I'm back in town working on the rental again.
