+ -1 moreI've been doing business with them for years. He's a good floor man and is very accomodating. He's creative. They're super nice and are the hardest workers. He has a very nice wife that runs the business.
Description of Work: He put the floor down in my utility room. He's coming back to do our counter.

+ -1 moreCarpet Junction staff was very courteous and they were able to show me the samples they had in stock. They did not install the flooring for us, we just used them to purchase the flooring. They are professional and responsive.

Description of Work: Installation is great!!! Ask for Mike Queen as your installer. He has almost 40 years experience in the business! He and his assistant did a wonderful job and they are very detail oriented! You're not going to get a job that's been rushed through, he makes sure it's done right! You won't make a mistake calling Carpet Junction and getting Mike Queen to install your carpet or flooring! I made a mistake with a contractor (Lathien Watson) for my house by not checking his references and he left our house undone, the master bedroom and bath just an empty hole with no electricity, and he took $21,000 of our money for "supplies" and disappeared!!!! We went from a 3 br 2 bath home to a 2 br 1 bath home!
