The technicians were skilled and professional. The installation went fine, but I was charged too much for the service provided. They charged me $715.00 for labor to put in a small utility sink and to remove an old water heater. The water heater was not even functioning; it was merely acting as a storage tank for our tankless water heater. In other words, it only took a couple of minutes to remove the old water heater from the system and to carry it outside. The rest of the $715.00 for labor was for putting in a small utility sink. They did a good job, but charged using some kind of system that accounts for every minute of the two technicians' time. They even charged to make an unnecessary trip to come to the house just to take a look at the impending job; and then they came back a few days later to actually perform the work. I called them numerous times to discuss the bill, but my calls were never returned even though an answer to my questions concerning the high cost of installation was promised by them several times.
Description of Work: Installed a small utility sink in the laundry room and removed an old water heater.

The price was way too much in my mind. We live about 30 miles from Meridian; he came out and all he did was fix a stopped up sink in my bathroom. He told me what he could do to repair some stuff in the bathroom; was here no longer than one-half hour and the bill was $200. I told him my mother and I are on a fixed income. The guy that came was very nice and polite but that is too much to my way of thinking for no more than he did. I will not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Barber & Sons Plumbing to un-stop a sink.
