A & B Communications Inc

From my first phone call to completion of the project took a week. Most of that time was waiting for the equipment to be ordered and shipped. Justin came out the day after my phone call and walked through the house discussing places where the structure was most vulnerable and where sensors should be placed. I received a price quote by e-mail the next day and confirmed my agreement by phone. The equipment was ordered on a Thursday. It arrived the following Monday and was installed on Tuesday. The installation took a few hours. I had expected a whole day so I was pleased. One sensor was placed in a different location than had been discussed. But Justin explained why he had put it there. And he gave me the choice of having him move it to where it originally would have been, ordering an additional sensor so both views would be covered, or going with the current set-up. I decided his reasons were valid and let it stay. Hooking up the control panel and attaching the phone wire was the most complicated and time consuming part. But, though the wires show, they are not obtrusive. I am glad though that I did not put the control panel by the front door since they would have been more noticeable there. Justin took his time training to everyone who would be using the system. He explained how to arm it, what would invalidate the process, and how to disarm it. We were each given our own choice of code number. He also gave us the code to use in case of we accidentally set off the alarm. He even demonstrated the sound of the alarm horn on the outside of the house. I sincerely hope that I never have to find out what will happen when the alarm system is triggered. But I feel confident that A & B will handle that as promptly and professionally as they did the installation.
