They misrepresented their experience. Forbo is a product that you need to be trained to install and I did not get a clear answer when I asked about their training expertise. Part of the Linoleum will need to be reordered and reinstalled.

Terrible!!!!! Everything went wrong. We agreed on a price for the full job including installation of the floor and 1/4 round, and I provided the flooring. The first issue was, that we agreed to have him lay the floor north to south in my kitchen, however, he mistakenly laid it east to west. He apologized but said the only way to fix it was to pull it all back up. I decided to let it stay that way so I did not have to buy all new flooring. I did notice and discuss with him that one or two pieces were not flush and he promised to fix that when he did the 1/4 round. He asked if he could come back to do the 1/4 round the following week, due to another job he had scheduled. I wanted to be flexible, so agreed to allow him to finish the following week. After he left I noticed that he had left white paint on my driveway and garage from painting the 1/4 rounds, long strips of white paint running all across. Still, I did not mention it, figuring it will wear off in time. I have waited for 3 weeks and he has never confirmed a date with me on when he would finish the job. I finally got him on the phone today and he said he would now have to charge me extra for the 1/4 round since he has to cut it. He never mentioned that in his estimate. I agreed to the extra price but needed a firm date for installation. He said someone would come out on Friday, three days from now. I just received a text from him that he would not be finishing the job and he has blocked me. I mistakenly paid him for the entire job the day he laid the floor before he finished it. I could not be more disappointed in the entire experience. Do not hire him, he is very unprofessional and unreliable.

They Did A Great Job! They Were Very Patient and Understanding. They Explained Everything and Made Sure I Understood and Was Satisfied. They Were Prompt Once I Gave Them The Okay to Start and Always Communicated.

It was good. They were very nice people, work really hard, and got everything done in a timely manner.
