Description of Work: Wills Plumbing was referred by Sheldo's contracting service who is the brother. Willis presented me with a quote of 400.00 and never did the work.

Description of Work: Willie is a scheming con artist who is out to beat whoever is willing to listen to him. He blew my phone up begging for the work and to start on my property repairs, every day literally. Once my fiancee and I decided to hire Willie to do the job, we paid him a deposit of 2000.00 by cashiers check which was to be used in full to buy all the materials to begin the project and he was to recieve the balance in full upon completion. The check was given on 5/4/2012 and today is 5/17/2012, two weeks has passed and he hasn't even started the job or called me or my fiance back to let us know anything. i did however get a chance to reach him yesterday via his girlfriend cellphone, her cell number is 601-720-2887 in which he listed on the paperwork as a second contact number for him. he said he was out of town with her yesterday and theyre having family issues and he needs a little more time before he can get started. however, willie popped up at my job today to rent a car and he did. he was never out of town to begin with, he just goes around scheming and getting money from whoever he can and never answer the phone again. I have hired a lawyer as of today and for all others out there who he has done the same thing to, he has tried to get over on the wrong one because money isnt an issue with me and if it takes every penny i h

Description of Work: Willie Thomas, Thomas Plumbing LLC, gave a proposal deated 6-24-2011 to do a plumbing job over the week end of July 4 to the Treehouse Academy of Jackson at 4630 Terry Road, Jackson MS 39212 , he was to replace 140 foot of sewer pipe that required tearing up 140 foot long, 6 foot wide concrete parking lot, the pipe was coming from the building and going to a lift staton. The total job was bid at $ 11,200.00. The payment of $ 6,850.00 was up-front money to start the job.
