Excellent Job!

Did an excellent job. Very professional, courteous. Carpets look great. Would use them again and would highly recommend them.

Went well. usual good job cleaning the carpets since it was 3 years ago. You should change the date field so that an approximate date can be entered.

I had one 11ftX11ft wool rug, one 12ftX8ft silk rug and one 8ftX4ft silk rug that badly needed to be cleaned. I had used them before and was pleased with the results. I took my rugs in (pick up & delivery are extra). They looked them over, let me know what stains could and couldn't be removed, and when I could pick them up. They had them ready when and as promised and were able to remove all the stains except the set in food coloring stain. They even removed stains they thought they wouldn't be able to get out. I was more than pleased. Their work is the best. They are honest about what can and can't be done and how long it will take. I brought my rugs back home and was completely happy with how good they looked. These rugs were not just dirty but, filthy from a house with pets, and 2 working adults neither of whom use the vacuum as often as they should.

Picked up and cleaned a badly soiled rug. Returned rug and placed it back in my den. Did excellent job and were very courteous.

He was on time,measured carpet which then gave me the price,which was $200.00. I believe he said it was around 1900 sq, feet. Then went right to work. Don't remember how long it took. It was finished promptly I inspect the work paid him and he left.

Steve and Ed called me when they were on their way and arrived withn the 2 hour window agreed upon when we made the appointment. We walked through the house so I could show them what needed to be done, they measured the areas and gave me an estimate. I added scotch guarding he added it to the estimate and we agreed so they began the work. We are very pleased with how good the carpet works and will continue to use Moores Carpet Care for our future carpet and upholstry cleaning needs.

The company does a fabulous job. They are the best in town I think.

Moore's Carpet Care arrived at my house on time to clean the carpet in my home. They inspected the carpet and provided an estimate prior to starting the job. I agreed to the terms; therefore, they began the work. There were some areas that were heavily stained and they were able to remove the stains. I was very pleased with the company, and I plan on using them in the future.

It was the best customer service experience received since moving to the State of MS. The Provider didn't miss a beat with their services. The appointment making process was quick and easy. Appointments were available that met my working schedule. The crew was on time, knowledgeable, quick and no nonsense. They moved and replaced furniture and was in and out within an hour. I could have done this on my lunch break. When completed the carpets looked new. The carpets were dry within 5 hours. We waited until the next day before walking on them. Moore's Carpet Care, Inc. was the Best!

The workmen arrived just before the 8am scheduled time. They introduced themselves with a smile and a handshake. I showed them the areas with closets. We agreed on the price and they got to work setting up. They prespotted areas and put aluminum foil under everything not some things like other companies. The cleaning took 1 1/2 hours. They took their time and were very thorough and careful. I was very impressed with their work. They are the only company to take their time and be so careful and courteous. He showed me an area in one room he did next to the rest of the room that was yet to be done. There was a huge difference. This is light colored carpet so it matters alot. There is a reason this company has the high rating it has. It has earned it.

Because carpet cleaners charge by the size of rugs, it's a good idea to premeasure the rugs and make sure the cleaner's measurements match yours. If you have pets, ask about special odor treatments available. Make sure you understand what is optional and what is included in the price. Finally, make sure the cleaner understands when you want the rugs returned. By doing these things, there will be no surprises.

They arrived on time. We discussed what needed to be done and the price. Then they proceeded to clean the carpets and furniture. Everything looked wonderful and smelled good too.

Made appointment and they had me quickly scheduled. Only issue I had was they had my delivery date on the return of my rug confused but apologized for that and went out of the way to get it placed back appropriately.

I called Moore's for an estimate for carpet cleaning and to set up an appointment. They were able to put me on their schedule for the very next day. I was very pleased with the prompt and courteous service. The two young men who came to my home were extremely polite. They took a few measurements, told me how much it would cost, and immediately got busy cleaning my carpet. They were done before I knew it and did an excellent job.

I first spoke with the owner, Rodney Moore, in early September. He quoted general pricing by phone, then suggested that he send 2 reps out for a more detailed quote. Ryan and Eddie came out shortly after and gave me a written estimate. I called Rodney back to schedule the work for 7:30 a.m. on 9/21/11. Eddie & Ryan arrived right on time and did a FANTASTIC JOB! In fact, I added a couple of items to the list at the last minute, and they were happy to take care of those as well. And they also attempted to get out a couple of stains on an oriental rug - without charge. They were professional and courteous, and my carpet and outdoor furniture cushions look new. I will absolutely use Moore's for my next carpet/upholstery cleaning!
