Fresh Coat of Jackson

They were here for a month, which was awful. They were here way too long, it was supposed to be a 3 day job, and I was led to believe that there would be painters in every room. I had 5 rooms to be painted. He came the first day with his crew, there were two painters. One was sick, and he left after the first hour, and didn't come back until the next week, and then it was on and off. The other painter left and the sick painter came back. They destroyed the sheet rock in my bathroom, where they were supposed to remove the wall paper, and then paint. There was a younger  guy who was the sick guy. He was the one in the bathroom with the alligator tooth which was supposed to perforate the wall paper and then spray it to get it off but he pushed too hard and he completely destroyed the sheet rock. Because of that error, they had to patch 2 walls in the bathroom and seal it before they could paint, and they did. I was charged for it, and I just paid for it, because I wanted them out of here. They painted over wall paper in all of the rooms. The bathroom was a disaster.  I would never use them again. The paint is cheap, and I will have to redo all the rooms. He never used the paint that I wanted. He used all flat, and I had requested Satin in the bathroom, kitchen, and the laundry room. I have to redo all 5 rooms.

From the very beginning when we first met with the President (Carlis Faler), we wanted to have them do the painting for us. Having already had some mediocre painting done over a year ago, we went out for estimates from others, and when we met Carlis, the search was over.
The promptness, professionalism, and obvious care he showed about us as potential clients was head and shoulders above anyone else we had talked with. He shared with us the experience of his team and his thoughts on what might look good while really listening to what we really wanted the rooms to look like and in the end, won us over.
Then it even gets better...just like Carlis had said, his top painter was very prompt on the first day , very nicely introduced himself and was very polite and professional...and then it gets better...his painting was even better than Carlis had promised it would be!...I am a perfectionist, probably even a pain about it and never needed to utter word one...all the cutting in on edges and ceilings is as perfect as it could be...as if he had taped it off, and he didnt. The spots that needed fixed in the walls look like nothing ever existed there...it is beautiful! He was a delight to have around for the 2 and a half days and interacted very well with my wife and I. He even made a suggestion about painting an area in the kitchen that we had never thought of and expalined why he thought it might look good...he convinced us, and boom, it was done and he was right...it looks great.
He then showed me where he had taken the extra time to run caulking on the crown moulding and spots along the celiing that he didn't have to do...he went above and beyond. It was a super experience all around and we would have them back in a heartbeat, and will as soon as we are ready to have a few more rooms done. Outstanding all the way around, an "11" on a scale of "1 - 10"!!
