Dun-Rite Seamless Gutters

Installed 6 inch and half round gutters with down spouts. Did excellent job and was reasonably priced.

Lack of communication and follow thru

Very impressed with them at first. Then we had a few leaks at the elbows. After several calls, they finally came out chalked and leveled one area. Then a year or so later, we noticed all the elbows were beginning to fade. Tried to call multiple times...this company never answers the phone! You have to leave messages. Finally had a returned call, they came out and said that they had spray painted our elbows at installation because they couldn't get them in our gutter color...unacceptable. So the solution was to order a special paint and they would respray them. We even offered to spray them ourselves if they would supply us with the paint. It has been months now and they will not return our calls. I highly recommend not to use this company.

Mark called me and came by measured the job while I was at work, left a quote for the job in my mailbox. I called the next morning and agreed to the service at the quoted price and was put on the list for installation. They called the day before letting me know that they would be performing the work the next morning, not only were they on time, but early and got started. His crew came by yesterday morning took down my old gutters, placed them in a nice neat pile as I had instructed and installed my new gutters and downspouts in no time, cleaned up, left the invoice in the mailbox, exactly what was quoted. No hassle, no worries, no problem. One of the smoothest business transactions in my many years of trying to rehab an old Belhaven Cottage. And it adds to the curb appeal more than I could have imagined covering up all my eaves and overhang making them look nice and white and crisp again. Should have done this years ago! I called him and told him personally how pleased I was with his crew and the job! II just wish he did more than gutters, would hire his company for other jobs needed to be completed around the house.

It went great from the very first call. Setup an appointment for the next day. During the install thee crew showed up on time, very professional, and when the finished the work area was totally picked up. The owner came by the next day to inspect the work the following day. Refreshing to have a business owner take time to say say thank you for hiring this company.

Everything went great from my first call to Mark Dungan till the end. We set up a time for the estimate and Mark was right on time. He did the estimate, gave me the price (which was a little cheaper than I thought it would be). We agreed and he said he'd order the material and call me back within a week. He called a few days later and we set up a time to do the install. They were right on time for the install. They had the job completed by about lunch. I watched some of it. They did a fantastic job, a real professional installation. They look good and handle the rain superbly just as I had hoped. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

2 ladies from the company arrived to survey our needs and gave a quote within minutes. They were very professional, thorough, and answered all of our questions. Their price was slightly higher than another quote we had received, but they offered a 2 year warranty on their work in lieu of a 1 year. When I told them they had the job, they called backed immediately and said they would be in touch within 5 To 7 business days for installation. The owner, Mark, called me 5 days later and said they would be here at 7:00 A.M. the next morning to do the work. They were right on time, and finished the entire job in just 4 hours which included adding more downspouts and added a rain chain. They contined working even in the rain. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

Priced a little high, but very professional at estimate visit.

Although I went with another gutter service. A Gut feel as there was little difference in price or quality. Mark's punctuality, responsiveness, and professionalism was the best. I recommend him if you need a quote.

They actually came the day before they were scheduled, which was fine with us. The work was done quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up the entire area before leaving. We were very satified with the job done and would use them again and definitely recommend them to our friends.

Company did a great job. Installed the gutter correctly and cleaned up after the work. Very professional. Would definitely use them again!

excellent service - excellent product -

We have been in this house about 2 years. I knew they were busy and had a lot of work to do before and told me that. I was given a quote fairly quickly and told it would be about 5 weeks before they could get to me. They had several color choices available and did good work. I did have an issue with one leak in a gutter and they came out quickly and repaired it.

Scheduling went beautifully, we communicated via email per my request. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job earlier then expected. They completed the gutter installation in less than 8 hours. They invoiced me for payment instead of asking for payment when they finished which was another positive of working with them.

Went great! Quick efficient and professional. Part of the project was delayed as they discovered some rotten facia board in need of replacement. After this was completed by the repairs were completed by another contractor, Dun Rite returned and finished the job as soon as I let them know.

Color match perfect and great service. They worked quickly and efficiently and provided quality work.

At first we had an issue with water running behind the gutters down the eaves of the house. This was not a fault of the gutters, but an issue with the roofers not leaving enough overhang on the shingles. My builder (this is a new house) sent the roofer to fix the shingle issue. The other issue we had was a miscommunication issue with the placement of a couple of downspouts. When I questioned Dun-Rite about this, they came and promptly corrected the problem. Mark Dungan was very professional and very nice to work with. The gutters look nice and I am very pleased. They recommended leaf guards/screens which I need because I have many trees, but could not afford right now. I will be calling them to install those later.

After contacting Dun-Rite, on Sept. 17 they came out and gave me an estimate (the exact price I paid for the work.) They told me that they would call later and schedule an appointment to perform the work. On Oct. 3 they called and scheduled an appointment for the following day. After completion of the job I inspected the work and was pleased with the outcome.

Dun-Rite was responsive even in light of a busy season due to the recent hail storm. I called three suppliers. Dun-Rite is the only one that kept their word. They came out and provided a written estimate within the time frame that they had promised. They were honest. They told me that there would be a delay in completing the job due to the hail storm. They gave me a projected date on which the job would be completed. They completed the job within the time frame promised. There were no "added costs". I was charged the amount indicated in the written estimate. No up-front payment was requested. I paid the full amount after the job had been completed. Excellence work. I would definitely use them again and definitely recommend them.

Mark, the estimator/project manager, arrived promptly, per the agreed day and time, to give me an estimate/quoted price, and did so in writing. It took several phone calls to get "Mark" to give me a specific day they would do the work. He kept saying he would call back, but never did. I kept calling him until he finally committed to a scheduled day. As promised they showed up on the day agreed upon. They arrived at 6:30 AM and proceeded to go to work without first speaking with me. Overall, a fair and professional transaction.

They notified me about the color match of the gutters to ensure that the color I had picked was correct and installed the gutters exactly as they described. I would use them again without question.

Outstanding from start to finish! Called Mark, the owner and he came out same day to give us not one; but two free estimates. One estimate was for gutters and downspouts around our entire house and one for doing the just the front and back of the house. We opted for the full house (our home is 2,300 s.f.) installation and were on the schedule in a matter of a couple of days. His crew showed up at 7:00 a.m.; knocked on our door to let us know they were there and ready to start. The crew was courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves; so you didn't even know they were there. We would highly recommend Dun-rite and use them again in the future.

Initial phone call returned within 2 hours of leaving message. Had my estimate within 24 hours of initial phone call. Estimate was very reasonable. Once I had found someone to do the wood repair, Dun-Rite was there within 24 hours of my phone call to take down the old gutters. Once wood repair was done, Dun-Rite was there the next day to reinstall the older gutters that could still be used and to install the new the new gutters in the places the old gutters were damaged. They completely cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the cost and professionalism that Dun-Rite had.

They came at appointed time to give estimate. Written detailed estimate of the work was given during the visit. They completed work on time and without problems. I was well pleased with the work, the clean-up, and the time involved.

FANTASTIC! I emailed them for a quote, they had it in my mailbox before I was even looking for it and then it was fixed before I knew it! AWESOME! Quality work and the price was a very pleasant surprise!
