I chose him over a larger businesses because he's local and has been in business for over 40 years. It's a family-owned business.

They provide services on a quarterly basis and will come back at no charge during that 3 month period if any problems develop. About 2 years ago, I awoke to flying ants in my kitchen but I thought they were termites. I called Dependable and the representative told me based on my description that they were ants and that he would come out that morning. He treated an area under my house where he said they were nesting and that solved the problem. This is an honest and efficient firm.
Description of Work: The company provides quarterly pest control inside/outside of my house quarterly. They are very responsive and do an excellent job.

Description of Work: Erick came out to the house and trapped raccoons and opossums that were living under the house and in the back yard. He used snares that were pet-friendly. A dog or cat could not reach into the snare for the bait the way opossums and raccoons could. He sprayed the front, back, and side yards for pests (including fleas). He crawled around underneath the house to thoroughly spread an anti-flea powder. He sprayed a really good coat of pet-friendly pesticide on all of the floors in the house. We had pretty major issues with the house as I had been living with my fiance in New Orleans for about a year before moving back to Jackson. I came to Jackson on Friday, May 18th and found out how much attention the house really needed. Erick stopped by the house on Saturday to evaluate the situation and place the snares, then returned on Tuesday to spray. In his evaluation of the house Erick found a place where rats/mice/squirrels had gotten into the attic, so he placed several poison bait traps and a couple of scent trap bags filled with activated carbon to remove any bad smells. I highly recommend Dependable Pest. Erick was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. I was highly satisfied with the services provided and the price was very reasonable.
