Crye-Leike - Carol Stewart Realtor

We moved to the Madison area from out of state, and contacted Carol to show us homes for a brief 3 day visit to the area. My wife and I did not give her much notice, but she made sure she was available with a list of homes to show us when we where in town. Needless to say my wife and I where a bit stressed out because we only had 3 days to find a home and make an offer on. Carol was outstanding, and spent many hours with us that weekend. She had a great feel for the type of home we where looking for, and the right areas. We finally found the right home on the last day in town. Carol provided us with all the help we needed to purchase our new home, and answered all of our questions. She was even available after settlement to let the gas company in to turn our services on when we forgot to arrange it. The area received an unusual spell of below freezing temps we where concerned about our pipes freezing, and Carol came the rescue. She went to our home and made sure the heat was working, and let the water lines drip a little so the pipes wouldn't freeze. All in all we could not have asked for a better realtor than Carol.
