interior painters
+ -1 moreMr. Potts had done some painting, but he said later, that it was something he hated to do. He didn't have the experience to tackle the job.
Description of Work: Mr. Potts painted the master bedroom. He did not use the paint I requested, he did not have the necessary rollers, extensions, or even blue painters' tape. Most supplies he purchased during the job. When I checked on the progress, I noticed that he barely coated the surface with paint. Because the original color was quite dark, and the new coat light, it was easy to see. I discussed this with him and asked him to use a different roller. He was reluctant to do so, but finally agreed. Of course, had the initial coat been applied properly, the job would not have required 3 coats.

pressure washing
+ -1 moreMr. Potts owns another business and is just beginning the new venture. He was unable to provide an estimate, but since I'd known him over a year, I trusted him to perform the work and give me a fair price.
Description of Work: Mr. Potts pressure washed the deck and front exterior of the house. He did the deck several times to try to remove the paint applied by the previous owner.
