I take pride in my work, both in it's functionality and it's appearance. I treat people with respect, this is represented on the job and the prices I offer, and my 10-Year Service Warranty. If you have any issue over the next 10 years with your gutter system, I will come out and fix it. Other services: - Remove and haul away existing gutter systems. - Service existing gutter systems, including removing clogs, resealing miters, and most other issues you are having. "I have had termite preventative services with Bay Pest Control of Ocean Springs, MS since 2017. They did not send a reminder for my yearly spray. When I went to check on it, they sent an associate out like it was a new request. They are not honoring my years of service and want to start me over like a new customer. I have called them 3 times to speak with a manager. I spoke with her the first time and she stated she would call me back the next day when she had the paperwork in hand. She did not. I tried again two more times with no luck. If you are looking to do business with a company that is loyal to its customers, this is not the one."

"Didn't check all the termite stations last year (15% unchecked). Now we have termite damage in a shed since last inspection and they refuse to negotiate anything to defray the costs. Had the inspector checked those stations, maybe it would have been clear sooner that there were active termites around."
