HORRIBLE! Worst work ever. The boards are falling from the ceiling. Charged a fortune and won't come back.

Tony called when he said he would. Tony and his one man crew came when they said they would getting started at 7:30 a.m. They came on a Monday holiday when the stores were mostly closed. Tony had to run from my home to a city 50 miles away (100 miles round trip) to get the needed part. It is only a $100 repair but I paid extra for the prompt work done perfectly. HIRE THIS GUY!

He may be good, I don't know. But he said he would come out to take a look, and never did. I talked to him a few times afterwards before moving on, but I would not waste your time.

THE JOB WENT WELL,ON TIME ON BUDGET. I WILL HIRE THEM NEXT TIME I NEED THEM. GREAT WORK.

We hired Tony for the above job through Strong Roofing. We've since hired Tony to perform some non-roofing jobs around our house. Tony is punctual, responsive (via text and phone), polite and a nice guy. He is one of the VERY few home improvement guys I feel comfortable being in the house with alone. He knows what needs to be done an offers options on how to fix it. He stands by his work. After he made the repairs, he called me after the next couple rainstorms to make sure nothing was leaking and all was well. I feel like I'm getting a trusted uncle to do the work for us--vice a guy who wants a quick buck. He understands building customer relationships for the long haul is the way to make a living. And he's right! He's done a great job on everything, so we keep calling him for other things that have nothing to do with roofing. He also cleans up EVERYTHING around the house. After working on a job, there's no sign that he has ever been here. He's like a ninja! He swoops in, fixes things and cleans up any evidence. We had a window leak last night. I texted Tony at 8:30 p.m. and asked if he could come check it out to recommend what to do--short term and long term. He said he'd be at the house at 7 a.m. and he was here at 7 a.m. on the dot! He suggested to caulk it for the short-term while my husband and I figure out what to do long-term. He's going to try to make it back after the sun dries out the window a bit to caulk it up, which will buy us a few days' afternoon thunderstorms as we figure out what to do with this old house. Tony has my strongest recommendation. (I wish I knew Tony before we had Handyman HouseTechs out. Tony has fixed nearly everything Handyman was paid to fix.)

Did not show up for start date. When I contacted them was told there was a family problem. Told them I understood but still wanted work completed. when they got back to work. They stated whould call with new start date. 2 weeks later still no contact. When I again was able to talk to them was told my job was considered to small and they were going to pass on it.

Went well. They just made some corrections on a roofing job that I had done in July 2014.

I was home all day on Monday waiting for a call from Mr. Long. I even took my phone outside with me to be sure to hear the phone ring. He never called nor did he come by to see the job. I am so disappointed. I was so sure he would do what he said he would do and come by Monday. His other reviews are so good, and he seemed so professional on the phone. I am disappointed.

Tony of TJs Roofing met with me this past Saturday morning on his way to inspect various roofing jobs. My appointment was added to Tony's schedule late Friday. Tony was prompt, courteous, friendly, thorough and very knowledgable. He took time to show us issues the home inspector pointed out and others issues that he noticed while on the roof. He explained issues found on the roof and also took pictures of the issues.

Never showed up to do work. I called and was told had personal (family) problems. I said I understood and asked to be contacted when he was again available. TJ called following week and said would be back working the following week. Told him I still wanted work done and to call back with a date he could start. I never got that call back.

Went very well. Of course such repairs are never a lot of fun but TJ's was thorough, timely, and professional. He returned several times during and after rain storms to check the work and make certain all leaks were sealed.

As expected. Had a minor rain leak at the old fan location. Most of the work was done during a time frame with rain. Fan had to be puchased and installed and roof repaired when weather conditions permitted.

All the workers were very professional and hard working. They were able to explain in detail all the questions I placed to them regarding the work. They were very respectful of my property and protected the floor and cleaned up very well after the job was finished! I could not have chosen a better company to do the work that was done and will definately use them again in the future for any or all of my construction work!

The job was done quickly and professionally. Tony explained the process of what he was doing and why it needed to be done that way. Excellent job!!

T. J. now works for, or with, Strong's Roofing. We made an appointment for him to come by on Thursday at 1 PM. It rained and he didn't show up. He then called lost in my neighborhood and wanted directions to my house on Friday at 2 PM. He did not call ahead. If he had, I could have let him know I was unavailable. When I told him I could not be there to show him the problem with the roof, he became quite angry. When I asked when we could reschedule, he told me he was too busy, and would call. Never heard from him again. When I talked to Mr. Strong, he basically told me they didn't have time for what looked to be a small job. Very impolite and unprofessional.

The experience went pretty well. They were a little high but they did a good job. The job is holding up. They were very polite and easy to work with. They were very punctual.

After reading the reviews on this company, I was very excited to see this person would generally be on time and could do the work I needed for repairs to my roof after Hurricane Isaac. I called Mr. Tony on Friday, 2/8/2013. He said he was pulling up to a job and would call me back. He got my address and said he may come out the following day (Saturday). I never heard anything and figured he may have just forgotten since he was busy (it happens). I then called him back on Monday, 2/11/2013 and reminded him. He was very apologetic, took my information again, and we set up an appointment for the following day, Tuesday 2/12/2013 at 2:00pm. I never received a phone call. It's a shame that I wasn't able to do business with TJ's, after seeing the reviews I would have liked to use a local business rather than the illegals or a big box store. Looks like I need to take my business elsewhere.

Excellent service in all respects. Tony Long promptly returned my call and I had an estimate the same day, with service completed the next morning. I had the same leak repaired a few years ago, but apparently it wasn't actuall fixed; just patched. T.J.'s fixed the problem by replacing the faulty parts. We had a major "rain event" within a few days of the repair and Tony actually called to be certain I had not experienced any leaks. I highly recommend this company and will use again when I need roofing or other general construction repair.

They were very fast to respond and figure an estimate, and completed the repair on the day arranged. The crew was very professional and the work quality was great

So far so good, no leaks. The job cost a little more than I wanted to pay but overall I'm satisfied with the work. I would recommend Tony.

He repaired the flashing around my chimney and several other smaller jobs I had. Everything is working well.

Called in the am, came for estimate within the hour. Came the next day and completed the repairs.
