+ -1 moreExcellent! He and his company took ownership of my problem. In addition to performing the work identified at the outset, they also repaired an error made by the previous installer in the sealing of the air handler closet. Their goal was to fix my air conditioning problem, and they accomplished it. Richard Scott and his employee were prompt, courteous, and professional. His cost was very reasonable.
Description of Work: Richard Scott and his employee replaced the outside compressor and heat exchanger, and inside evaporator, and fixed an existing problem with the air handler closet. They also replaced the thermostat.

+ -1 moreRichard Scott himself came out within an hour of me calling him. He had it diagnosed and repaired all in less than an hour. Very professional and friendly.
Description of Work: He had to replace a plece on the outside part of the air conditioner.

+ -1 moreDescription of Work: Our ac unit had quit working the night before. In the morning I called Mr Scott to see if he could come over and check out our unit. I explained the problem and he said he was coming on a call in my direction and would stop by. He was here within 20 min and promptly fixed it! He replaced the capaciter and showed me how I could tell it was damaged.
