Description of Work: Our Whirlpool refrigerator was no longer cooling and hardly freezing. Mr. D's fit us into their schedule on the same day we called and showed up with all the latest technology to deal with our computerized refrigerator. In less than an hour we were back in business with a working appliance. They were prompt, pleasant, professional and did a great job. Susan in the office is also very helpful and made the process very smooth. Highest reviews for them. I have nothing but high praise for them.

+ -1 moreFixed our washing machine for less that the Sears quote. Sears wasn't going to be able to come to the house for almost three weeks, which would have been extremely hard to live without a washing machine for three weeks. Mr. D's was able to come in a couple days and had everything working.

+ -1 moreRepaired washing machine. Mr. D's techs arrived punctually; assessed the problem accurately; installed the new part properly; and, insured the problem had been corrected. The tech noticed there was a knob missing from the machine, which he replaced free of charge!

+ -1 moreGreat company with friendly techs. Fixed the problem in about 10 minutes for a fair price. Would use them again if needed. Only downside, is because they are a "mom and pop" shop out of Long Beach, MS, it took them a few days to get out to Biloxi. Nevertheless, would wait the extra time for the quality product they put out.
Description of Work: Fixed issue with washer that would fill up tub but not begin the wash.

+ -1 moreI've used Mr. D's Appliance Repair for 12 years. He's repaired ovens, cook tops, washers, dryers and refrigerators for us over the years. He responds quickly to calls for help, cleans up after himself and each time he works here, I learn helpful information about how to best use appliances. His charges are reasonable.
Description of Work: Mr. D. returned my phone call, came to my home to evaluate the problem. Discovered that the Cabrio washer "springs holding the washer basket" were damaged, ordered the parts and returned to make the repair quickly.

+ -1 moreI called this morning to see if they could fix my ice maker that was not making ice. They told me they were totally booked but they would try to work me in this afternoon. They called later and said they would be able to look at it. Mr. D came when they said he would and he immediately knew what the problem was. He had the part on his truck and the repair took only a few minutes. It is now making ice perfectly and the cost was less than I expected. I will definitely use them again.
