These guys are great! I never hesitate to call them when my well has issues. They are available quickly (and on weekends). They have been able to problem solve and fix our well when other companies could not. I only use Favre Well Service now.

Mr. Billy is a dedicated service provider. He didn't perform the service himself but sent one of his employees. The employee was was extremely polite and completed the work in a very professional manner. After all of the work was completed and paid for, Mr. Billy called to ensure I was satisfied with the service. In my old humble opinion he runs a Superb Business.

All in all I was pretty impressed. I called and left a message in the middle of the night and they called back by 7:30 and were out to the property by 9. They completed the work by 2pm that day. I would recommend them to anyone.

Arrived at scheduled time, had the required parts on truck to do the repair, worked quickly and professionally.

I'm overall satisfied with the services as well as the price it cost to fix the problem with my well. Before they came out they were interested in saving me money if it was something I could do myself. When that attempt didn't work they came out and told me prices before they started and also the possibilities just incase other problems existed that could not be seen.

Billy and Ray were first class. They came when they said they were coming and called when they Billy and Ray were first class, respectful and explained what they thought needed to be done gave me a price and performed the work in a professional manner.
