Coastal Concrete Design

Stain began to peel after 3 weeks.  After contacting CCD to repair they agreed to come make the repairs.  After several months and many unanswered emails and phone calls I finally received notice that they would come and repair on a specific day.  On that day no one showed or called.  Received an email that stated they would come and strip the stain and repair but only if I paid to have the services done again.  I still cannot get anyone to return my phone calls to discuss. 
This company is very unresponsive and unprofessional in the way they conduct business.  They do not stand behind their work.

I would like to communicate the lack of Coastal Concrete Design taking ownership of their work. . I am very displeased with this company lack to stand up for their work and work with me for a resolution. I had Coastal Concrete Design install 155 feet of culvert July 29, 30 2013. On 08/25/2013 20 feet of culvert popped out of the ground in a very short period of time (In hours).

I immediately contacted Coast Concrete Design informing them of the issue and informed them of my wiliness to work with them on a solution.

I contacted the city to inspect the work and they validated this happened because to faulty installation and the contractor should resolve this issue. Needless to say multiple emails and phone calls went to deaf ears. I strongly suggested I would work with them on a solution and they refused the courtesy of even responding. Complete total avoidance other than one phone call blaming the owner that was completely un-founded and in accurate.  Now I have to resolve a $1500 fix at my cost.  The company?s lack of workmanship resolution and professionalism of business practices is completely unacceptable and I would never recommend this company.

I liked that they put up plastic when it started raining to let the concrete set. The price, quality, and professionalism are great. I would use them again in the future.
