The operator was excellent and he was really respectful. He listened to me and was very thorough in spraying. I spent $99 including tax for the first application which was done on the inside and outside of the home. Then he said that he would come every two months and do it again for $69 plus tax. He reassured me; so it's wonderful to be able to walk around my house and not see any bugs now. The price could have been a little bit cheaper, but I have had 3 applications by one company and 1 application by another company. After all those applications by those companies, I was still seeing bugs. However, I haven't seen any bugs alive since Orkin did the spraying. The guy from Orkin even made me feel safer in my own house. He was a bit slow on his punctuality and I had to reschedule when he was in my area because he didn't show up the first day. His attitude is so wonderful. The other companies just come in and do a little bit of spraying in 5 minutes, but he took his time and listened to my suggestions. He did the spraying in such a way so that he could get a better application the first time. I have signed a contract with him for 3 years and I feel that it would be worth every penny that I pay him because he did such a great job.

Their punctuality and their billing system are bad as they never show up when they say they would and I have a lot of problems with this. They bill me even when they do not show up. It is hard to get a hold of them and they never call me back when they say they would. I have also had problems with the effectiveness of their project as I am not supposed to be finding bugs once they spray which I am. Their pricing is reasonable for what pest controllers charge. I would not use them again in the future if I had a choice.
