The service technician arrived and installed parts that were previously ordered by them. They checked unit after installation and added freon. They also serviced another unit on the premises while they were here.The techinician talked to management and explained what was done before he left.
Description of Work: Service call to install motor and service mini-split unit.

They gave me a good price and financed it for 3 years. They have come back twice to check the system since install as part of a tune up visit. The first time the service tech came with a nice basket of cookies as a thank you for doing business with them. I have been very satisfied. They installed my first system about 12 years ago and really showed me they wanted to keep my business. The system is a carrier and was financed by carrier. I love the scheduling thermostat it really helps save energy.
