AWFUL Unprofessional crew members, work a good 2 weeks and his crew started drifting, not showing up for work, one of his crew members were living in my home without my permission, job was incomplete, kept demanding money, kept lying that he was coming to complete the job and did not, avoided my phone calls , porches was unstable, left doors ooff of crawl space, vents that were added keto falling off, left his van in my yard for several months, along with the trash on the trailer, when I called he kept giving me excuses and was really rude!!! I highly do not recommend him at all. He's a rip off!!!

Joseph is both reliable and very timely. He provides written estimates and receipts. His prices were VERY reasonable. His work is EXCELLENT. I will hire him for all my future jobs.

Mr. Avoine responded promptly to our request for a quote, gave us a written quote and did more than what he contracted for. He and his helper arrived daily mid-morning and got right to work, and worked steadily (except for lunch breaks) until 5. He noted issues that need attention as he went, and did a fine job overall. They had to replace the entire roof structure over the porch due to extensive water damage. He replaced the old lumber with new, treated wood and new metal roofing, and caulked, painted and finished in all areas. I felt his work was better than other local handymen, who have come at various times and tried to repair the same porch roof and left us with the same leaks. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and work ethic of Mr. Avoine, and would enthusiastically recommend him to others for all kinds of work, from small jobs to major renovations and additions.
