I had two chairs recovered in two different fabrics. I discussed exactly how I wanted the chairs recovered. i.e. which fabric was to go on which section of the chair. I changed my mind before I left the shop. Detailed notes were taken by the shop owner with drawings so she completely understood how I wanted the chairs covered. I wanted one fabric for the front of the chair and a coordinating fabric for the back. I was told there was enough fabric to complete the project. The shop owner was in such a hurry to complete this project she did not review her notes before starting my project and my instructions were not followed. The pillows were not made of the size ordered I ask for 12 inch pillows, I received pillows much smaller. The work was not completed on the date promised (it had not even been started). The owner then argued with me about the date, was I having a party or guests?? The shop owner claimed she did not have enough fabric and promised to order more and fix my chairs. She has not nor has she called me back. My instructions were not followed. However, the chairs do look good and it is quality workmanship. In the end I am happy with them
