Tyner Concrete Finishers

This was a very tricky operation since demolition was involved that could damage the existing swimming pool. Mr. Tyner's crew was very careful, yet they did actually have one accident that was not entirely their fault. They severed a water line that was under the old pool concrete. The break was immediately repaired, so there was not issue. They were extremely careful to not contaminate the pool itself (water). The excavation crew also assisted me with the demolition of an old gazebo at no charge. They did not have to do this- I did not ask them to- but they were glad to help. The pouring of the new concrete went very well. Mr. Tyner even brought in some fill dirt for better drainage at no extra charge. The results are beautiful. I have never had a contractor that was more conscientious than Mr. Tyner. Cleanup was done each day. He will get all of my concrete work in the future. I cannot recommend him any more highly.

We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Tyner. He is very polite. He cleans up his work area daily. His employees are very quiet and polite. We had a pool built and it took twice as long as the contract stated. Therefore, I would not let them do the concrete work because I would actually like to use the pool this year. Mr. Tyner came out and looked. Called back that afternoon with a very reasonable bid. I actually hated the pool until he did the concrete work. The color was perfect and looks fabulous with our pool liner. It took him about 2 1/2 days to complete the job. Once they were gone, you could not even tell they had been there, other than the beautiful work. I am using Mr. Tyner again next week to do more work. We were that pleased. Contractors are not the most reliable individuals, however, Mr. Tyner went above and beyond the call of duty working with me. I can't wait to see what his next project will bring. I will keep you posted..

Mr. Tyner met me at the site shortly after I called. He called later that day with a price which was well within what I had estimated the job might cost. He began work only a couple of days later and finished the job in less than 2 days. I am very satisfied with the driveway, it looks great. He completely cleaned up the area when the job was done. Mr. Tyner did everything he said he would do. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Calle Mr. Tyner on a Wednesday and he came out and gave me a quote that day. Patio area formed and prepped on Friday. Concrete Poured on Monday. Forms removed Tuesday morning. Area cleaned up.

Steve came and gave us an estimate on the same day we called, and his team showed up on time on the date we agreed upon. The price he quoted was very reasonable for the patio we wanted. The slab is beautiful and exactly as we designed it. They took extra care afterward to clean up the entire area and we just could not be happier with the results. I would definitey hire them again for any large or small concrete work.

The concrete was the wrong color, it has cracks all in the entire patio. Mr. Tyner offered to give us the money back for he poor job that was done. He did come out here and try to color what was supposed to be colored concrete which came from MMC in Jackson, Ms. This attempt did not work and it looks worse. Mr. Tyner offered to give the money back for the job, but now he has decided he is not going to do anything about this horrible mess and refuses to give the money back. I have now filed papers with the Attorney Generals office and have an attorney waiting to go to court if necessary. Mr. Tyner seemed to be on the up and up with us and we believed in him and his crew. They were all very polite, however we did not get what we asked for or payed for and it has not been repaired.

Did not use the contractor, therefore I don't have input as to the quality of their work, but their responsiveness and professionalism was top notch.

Steve was great, very professional. He thought of things that would be very helpful to us like gently sloping the slab to keep rainwater from pooling. The shed plans called for a metal roof and he knew that a regular shingled roof would be cheaper without compromising the look. He is very neat and was finished sooner than I thought. We were not in any hurry so there wasn't a set deadline.

Mr. Tyner was very professional from start to finish, from quoting me an exact price to completion. He was very prompt, completed the project in the timeline he said he would, cleaned up the site after the project, and all the while very friendly and communicative. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail he paid to his finishing. I would highly recommend Mr. Tyner for concrete work and will definitely use him the next time I have a similar project.
