Two Maids & A Mop

I have been looking for someone to come in and clean because I travel and with a busy schedule I do not have time. The crew was super nice and friendly, BUT the cleaning was less than desired. I wanted a deep clean and was told I really did not need one but to get the premium. I agreed. I was told they would clean bathrooms, clean the kitchen, wipe down appliances , dust and clean at baseboards. Well I was and looked over as they asked, but I was also working. They then mopped me in my room and when it was finally dry I was furious. I have pictures if anyone needs to see them. I took pictures prior to calling and pictures still had dust, cobwebs, food on counters, backsplash was not wiped. I called Candice and she said she would have a team to come back in the morning (Sat). At a 730a on a Sat morning they arrived to "re-clean" and again I took pictures. I had left to get ready for a party I was having. There was still items not moved to be dusted, one shelf still was not touched, rice still on the counter, and I had to point out the cob web on a picture before I left. I should not have to go behind a cleaner to approve their work. Just like I don't go in and watch a mechanic fix my car and him ask if it was done right. Also, I have real wood floors and asked for it to be cleaned with what we use and was told they have a commercial cleaner, BUT was floors were left SOAKING wet with water! that was one thing I said before I agreed to let 2 maids and a mop clean. Also I told Candice and her team of problems in the past with people just half cleaning and pointed out things I and my family are picky and will check and they still did not listen to me because those things were items not touched. Again, I have pictures of after the 1st and second cleaning if anyone needs proof that it was not cleaned. I don't mind paying for a service, but not a service that I have to re-do after the 3rd time.
