Worst service ever. Unresponsive, unreliable service. I believe I was billed for services never received.

I would say it is a family local business and if ever I had any problem I can call the owner. I have been approached by many other lawn care companies and I would never leave them.

A service was performed. Only problem is I never authorized it! One of the reps showed up at my door earlier this month and offered to give me a FREE estimate of how much it would cost if I decided to purchase weed treatment service with them. To confirm I asked him again was this a FREE estimate and he said yes it was. I could look over the estimate and if I decided to go with the service I could just call him. He walked around my house, gave me a written estimate, told me if I were interested to call him, and then left. After looking over the price I decided it was a bit too pricey for my budget right now and decided not to purchase anything. Well fast forward to today. I get home and there's a sign in my lawn saying treatment had been applied and a note was left on my door saying the same thing...and that INVOICING WILL BE MAILED (!!). I immediately called the rep's cellphone. The person I got on the other end was not the friendly, helpful guy who came to my door only a week or so earlier. When I asked him why my lawn had been treated when I never even called him to give permission to do so, he kept repeating that he didn't know, he didn't have his records in front of him, he was out in the middle of nowhere and would "have to look into it." I had to ask him directly WHEN he would look into it and could expect a call back as it seemed he was not in the least bit interested in speaking with me. He expressed no sense of concern whatsoever and left me feeling doubtful that he would call again. After I got off the phone with him I immediately called the main phone number but as the lines were busy I really got nowhere. A rep told me she would pass the issue along to the the rep's manager who I can only hope will call me back. The fact that this rep point blank LIED to my face is beyond unacceptable. Telling me one thing -- I was only receiving a free, no obligation estimate -- but yet submitting my information for paid service. I will never hire this company for anything after this experience. I can only hope at this point that I can get this cancelled.

I have been using them since 2004. Everybody else has those little, white, flower weeds in their yard, mine doesn't have it. They call, they check and they make sure that the guy is coming out. They make sure that he is polite and does what he supposed to do. The guy who comes out is really nice.

They came out, sprayed my bushes in the front (which were fine), did not spray the trees. I told the guy that he was supposed to and his spray only went up about 12 feet - he did not do anything for the ones in the back. I called and asked what was going on. The person there again told me their spray goes up 35 feet. Then I talked to Chris (the person who first came out), he left the phone and went to check - came back and said he had just learned their spray only goes up 15 feet now - it had changed. Apparently they change things and do not tell the staff what's what. Their office staff was rude and rather insulting when I canceled any future work. I would never had agreed to the service if I had been told the truth about it. I was taken. Shame on them.
