 + -1 moreCrew did not have good crimping tool and was charged for time crew was waiting for another tool to be delivered. Then the next day the pipe leaked and had to be repaired. Very shoddy work and price was way out of line

 + -1 moreMr Hare returned my call within a minute and sent someone out within the hour. I thought I had a pipe that was leaking. They were very polite and easy to talk to. He explained what was going on and was able to fix one of the problems and gave me a quote for the other problem.

 + -1 moreI called Mr. Hare on Wednesday afternoon and he had a crew at my house the next morning, just when he said they would be there. He called me himself to let me know they were on the way, he even came by while they were here. They finished the job quickly and left no mess behind. The guys were very nice and professional.

Description of Work: They replaced the drains and trap under my double kitchen sink. Mr. Hare, advised me he would have a truck in route to my home within one and one half hours from the time of our phone conversation. They were here and ready to work within that time. Repaired the sprayer hose on the sink also, and were finished with in the hour.
