+ -1 moreAs mentioned above I merely got an estimate from Sam. I decided to go with another vendor I got from word of mouth referral. If price is the most important criteria Sam may be a good choice because his overheads are low.
Description of Work: I discovered Sam's Security bars and door on Angie's List. I called Sam. I got the impression and my impression was right, that Sam's Security Bars was a one man operation or a small operation. This can be a positive thing because overheads would be low resulting in low price. Even though the price was attractive I decided not to do business with him because he required a down payment before starting the work.
