 + -1 moreI called Rebel this morning, and the by 1:30 they had come and gone. I work, so I needed a 30 minute lead call. The technician called at 12:00 and made it to my house just after I got there. He got the details of my issue, examined the facilities, made a recommendation, then performed the work quickly and professionally.
Description of Work: Flushed out plumbing system.

 + -1 moreI called Rebel after hours on a Saturday night and the technician was very helpful and talked through the problem with me. They came out on Monday, as promised, and the same technician I spoke to on Saturday oversaw the work that was done. They were prompt, courteous and professional and explained what was going on in the process each step of the way.
Description of Work: The main sewer line from the house was backing up. It had to be vacuumed out to determine if it was a line or a septic tank and then then the remaining debris had to be flushed out with high pressure water.

 + -1 moreAsked them to come for a blocked sewer line and they came and fixed the issue with no problems. Then I asked if while they were there, would they look at my gutter situation. They did, and unclogged it without an extra charge. I have used them before for my rental houses and they have always done a good job.
