He looked at the refrigerator and said that it was a custom built Viking (supposedly he told our home warranty company that he was an authorized Viking repair man). He needed to consult with a rep from Viking to get the design for the unit to identify the parts he needed. He would get back with us in a couple of days. We paid him the service fee of $60 that is required for warranty repairs and he left. Afterward we called to follow up when we had not heard from him. Both me and my husband tried to reach them and got the "run around" and many excuses if we were able to talk to a human. several weeks later we had no resolution. Very unprofessional and not to be trusted.
Description of Work: Was sent out by home warranty company as an approved contractor to look at our Viking refrigerator when it was leaking water, forming ice and the refrigerator stopped working. They asked service fee to be paid upon the first visit, as all providers, and we did not knowing what headache would result. Do not trust this company. Very unprofessional.

Astoundingly unprofessional and utterly incompetent. DO NOT HIRE! My guess is that they won't be in business much longer anyway, with the type of "service" they are currently offering. By the way, I'm STILL waiting on my dishwasher to even be looked at. It has been 2 weeks since they were suppose to initially come to LOOK at it, much less fix it. They had promised last Friday to come look at it on Monday between 1 and 3. Monday came, not a peep. I have called the office multiple times during normal business hours with no answer. This is the opposite of customer service. In fact, they are a nuisance to customers. I'm not one to typically write such poor reviews. I'm easy to please. Do what you say, when you say and I am happy. But, unfortunately, word should be spread about this company...and the word is not pleasant.
Description of Work: I still need my dishwasher fixed, after it started leaking from underneath over 2 weeks ago!
