We pretty much do any thing our customers request from cleaning to helping get ready for the Holidays or a party like set up, shine silver, decorate or Hostessing parties or weddings & clean up and put up after the party, to packing up to move or unpack. This past year I started organizing and I found I was able to help a lot of people getting back on track. When you call for a referral you will find out we are the best and known for detail in Residential, Commercial & New Construction. One lady said we are like an army--that should say a lot.
I?ve used this company twice now and it?s not the workers or the quality of work that?s an issue. It?s the owner, Teresa Miller. This lady has some MAJOR character flaws. Be careful. She can tend to gauge and she?s very unprofessional. Your $150.00 will pay for three hours and two workers. But she?s going to ask you what you want done; the most important to the least important. Then, her workers will spend those three hours doing the most important thing on your list while. Once those three hours are up she?ll then want to charge an additional amount for whatever else you want done. For example, the first time I used her I requested two bathrooms cleaned. Not a three hours job right? Wrong. They spent the whole three hours cleaning two bathrooms and wanted to charge me more to clean the blinds and window seals. This time, I requested my walls wiped down, stove and refrigerator cleaned. I also decided to monitor the progress via phone. They spent three hours doing the walls, base boards and doors. I didn?t ask for the base boards and doors. When I asked about the stove and refrigerator she wanted to charge extra. So, I?m come the conclusion that her goal is to make $300 to $400 per call. If you can at all help be there to monitor the work and progress. Make sure you get your three hours? worth. Have them start where you want them to start first. You be the instructor. Don?t leave it up to Teresa. She does not have your best interest at heart.

I would like to say I hate that I have to write a negative reply to this customer. This is so unprofessional. But i have been to to defend my company. Yes [Member Name] has used our services before and called us back for a second cleaning a year later. Goes to show we do a good job and that we r the best or she would not have called us back. She wanted a exact time & proceeded to say over and over that we didn't have a good review on Angie's list. But that she wanted to try us again & that she WAS GOING TO RATE US on Angie's list. Guess i should have known that was a threat. Which didn't bother me because i know we do a good job. I told her " i don't look at those reviews". I gave her Wed. I told her 2 girls for 3 hours. price for customers that call me as needed is $150.00. She said " Angie's list has a coupon for $25. off . I said "NO MAM, THAT IS FOR 1ST time customer and you have used us before. She said "she wanted her walls wiped" I said " we will probably have extra time left over and with that time we will be able to clean Register vents, vents on the Refrigerator & probably baseboards" She said "ok". I said we will need check there before we start. She hesitated and said "ok". Week of Monday i called her told her i had a cancellation and asked could we clean for her that day Monday? she said "yes I'll call you back". She called back said "she had put the key out". Told her arrival time will be about 10:30. we arrived at 10:30-1:30 left at 1:45 no extra charge. During that time [Member Name] called and or texted me many times. Guessing 4-6 times. I thought that was odd. She was asking over and over what r they doing. Then she text me say her priority which had changed. Now she is wanting us to Wipe walls, clean oven, Refrig, Window sills, and blinds. I was in shock. I didn't reply because i know that she and i have already discussed the price and todo list. Plus My staff had started working & she owed me time. My concern was that i wanted to clean her walls and get her condo ready for her to move back into her own home. I felt good about helping her get moved back in. Then when she called of course she never mentioned the oven, or other things she sent on text, because she knew i would not do them for that price. She had used my services before and knows my prices. I charge extra for odd jobs. All services do. $50. for Refrig, $50 or more for Oven, & $12.50 for blinds and Windows. I called my working crew and asked if she left a check. answer was "NO". I then called the customer back and told her that she would need to take a check over back over there by 1:45 when they finish". She said "you can come to my work and gave me name and address". soon after she sent a text saying "DO NOT COME TO MY WORK , I'M BUSY", I was calling her. she answered with a attitude & said "did you get my text?" i said "yes" Then she said with a attitude "you can not come to my work it would inconvenience me" i said "inconvenience you?". i have inconvenienced you every time you call me. I have always jumped for you when you call, i need my check today". She then said " i want to see what it looks like". i said " you know what kind of work we do, That's why you called us back". then my phone went dead. When it came back on. I text her and said " This world would be a much better place if people would treat you the way you treat them". She was calling i answered in front of crew that cleaned her house. We all heard her say while laughing " Hey Teresa r u going to hang up on me this time or can we talk like adults" i said " I don't have anything else to say. We have resolved this business matter, you can mail a check, i will get it when you decided to mail it. I'll send you an invoice, pay attention to the late fee. Thank you. & hung up. Because she was screaming something. & i didn't want to go to her level of communicating. She proceeded to call me back to back several times after that it wouldn't answer. She sent me a text earlier saying you can come pick up check after 6:30 at my house. She knows i live 45 min. away from her. That would have taken me an hour and a half plus $15. in gas. Next morning she text me saying "check in mail". i replied with "or you pleased with our services?" she said "Yes". I said "Thank You". Then she mailed me a copy of her feedback on Angie's list & check for whatever she wanted me to have. As to her comment on i do my own priority list Not True. She paid for a general. Not odd jobs. They cost more. We care about our customers and we build a honest & trusting relationship with them. I would not ever charge a customer for something they didn't want. I created a Partial Deep cleaning because i noticed customers need dust cleaned off ledges. But don't need a deep. Some other cleaning services make you buy a deep cleaning or they will not clean for you. Once again. I'm so sorry for this feed back. Sincerely Teresa Miller.

Description of Work: They started out slow like they were trying to waste time . Took 1 1/2 hours on the smallest room in the house that needed the least cleaning. The house really needed cleaned as health issues had kept us from doing it for quite a while, but that is why I was willing to pay so much. Was suppose to do windows and screens inside and out, but left some untouched, didn't pull and clean screens and many windows streaked. Swiped over the hall way, could see where dirty water was used and ignored area where bottle was sitting on window sill. At the end of the day when there day started running short they got sloppy. If they hadn't wasted the time at the beginning of the day they would have had plenty of time. Left cleaners setting out and am unsure as to whether they were theirs or mine and did not put thing back where they were after dusting or cleaning. No, I would not use them again or refer them. They charge professional prices but do anything but a professional job. The girls seemed nice and I hate having to give them a bad review, but I won't mislead anyone because they had good personalities. :(

After reviewing this, I called my staff to discuss this issue with them. They told me that they r also in shock. Because you and your mother both couldn't stop raving about how good of a job they did. I ask if they cleaned the bathroom 1st and they said yes and that it took a long time & that it was very dirty. I will say this. with my experience Bathroom and Kitchens take a long time to deep clean. especially the way we clean. I train my staff to start in the bathroom because of the time it takes to clean & the Kitchen takes a long time also. They said that they did take the screens off to clean the windows. However no one is perfect and we do make mistakes. I know you spent a lot of money and expected a perfection job. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused y'all. I would like to say we appreciate your business and would like to fix the problem. I was not aware of the complaint's. You did not contact me about these things. I have a 100% customer satisfaction guaranty. Like all business's if you have a complaint we will come back out and fix the problem with 48 hours. Description of Work: I wanted a deep clean for my apartment before I started studying for law finals. It was hard to get a confirmed date and time with her. I guess that could have been because they're very busy, but I like to be able to plan my schedule around specific times. With that being said, I think some personal things happened, and she was quite late (hours late). I am a student, so it wasn't the worst issue ever because thankfully I wasn't in class at the time she could make it. In my opinion, the cleaning quality DEFINITELY made up for the timeliness issues. My apartment was deep cleaned from top to bottom. They dusted each and every blind (I had many large windows) and I was super happy with the outcome. I won't go into each and every detail, but every speck of dust and dust bunny was gone from behind and underneath all furniture. I will use again in the future for another deep cleaning service.

I would say they do a good job. The problem is that sometimes the price for what you first agree upon changes before the job is done. Often, you end up paying for add-ons at the end of the job that you thought were included in the original agreement and for the original price. |They do a great job, however.

I think the ladies did a pretty good job considering how much work needed to be done; however, they overcharged me for coming back for a general clean. I was charged the same amount for a general clean and a top to bottom clean. I was charged per hour per person, which is not correct. Cleaning companies are suppose to charge per hour. Also let me note that they had to come back to clean stuff that they didn't do for the top to bottom clean. I am very disappointed that it didn't work out with them. The owner was very disorganized and didn't seem like she wanted my business. If anyone decides to use this company, make sure you have a signed contract so everybody is on the same page.

Teresa came to my home within 2 hours of finding her on Angie's List. She brought a team of workers that worked well together. There were 2 instances of workers that we felt weren't as productive as I wanted, so Teresa replaced them. This project began with a garage full of boxes and several rooms of unpacked, disorganized household items. OCD had a systematic plan of attack, that took what was an overwhelming project for one overworked wife, to a manageable project with their help! After four days with OCD, I was able to host my first family gathering on the 4th of July. I still have a lot of work that needs to be done, but by and far, I would never have been able to get to this point alone. The things that need to be completed are neatly organized and labelled in boxes that I can work on at my leisure.

They did a great job and were very detailed. My wife is very picky and often had issues with other cleaning companies we had used. However, she's been very pleased with this company as have I. As other reviews have said, the owner is a little scatterbrained and long winded. However, she's very nice and wants to do what's best for her customers, so I can look past this. Everyone has their quirks. They also accept payment via credit card. This was a nice change from the other companies, which have either required you to leave cash / check, or mail a check payment.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for OCD Cleaning and Organizing. My experience with them was not good. They left cigarette butts right outside my door. It was not a thorough job. I had them come back after that and she had quoted me a price to do the house. After she did the house, she wanted more money than what she told me he was gonna charge me. She just wasn't very professional and I told her not to come back.

I would like to apologize for the mis understanding (member name removed) may have had. I appreciate her giving me a chance to work for her. I do remember telling her upfront my prices. I had worked for her before and since she had added more rooms on to her house. She was dead set on paying 100.00 a week for a 3,500 sq ft. house. I told her i would be glad to give her a deep then try to meet her needs on a priority general cleaning check list that would cover her 4 hours allowerance. She gave me a priority list leaving off 2 rooms. I told her i would try, so I cleaned the house my self to make sure to come up with a exact time. It took 3 hours with 2 girls amount owed $150.00 I did not ask her for the extra 50.00 . Told her "if you would like for us to clean your house it will cost you $150.00 every week." Never heard back from her. And about cigaretts I had not heard of this issue til now. I do not smoke, some of my staff do.I'm sorry this happened. It will never happen again. Since this feed back i have changed my company policy. Because it is very important to know how our customers feel about what goes on in and around there houses. No one from OCD is allowed to smoke out side of there car anymore.

Theresa was prompt when she came to give me an estimate and we settled on a price for my move-out cleaning. She and her team came back after I had moved out and cleaned the house from top to bottom, including blinds, windows, stove, refrigerator and fireplace. I had hired someone else to clean the carpets but she had them ready so my carpet steam cleaning bill was a minimum. Theresa called me back after the job was complete to see if I was satisfied and, if I had not, she was prepared to return and "get it right". If I still lived in Brandon, I'd hire her again.

Description of Work: Teresa and her helper worked like trojans for 9 straight hours to clean this 2600 sq foot bachelors (with a shedding dog) two story. It's cleaner than it was when I bought it. Every nook and cranny was attended to. I have stained concrete floors that were in much need of attention. They mopped and re-mopped until every space was clean. Baseboards, cabinet doors and tops, everything I would expect and more. All the dog hair is gone. The appliances are clean and the bathrooms spotless.

We hired Magic Touch based on reviews on AngiesList. This was to be a very detailed cleaning requiring hours of work and much effort. Teresa Miller, who owns the maid service, is great to deal with and is always available by phone. Ms. Miller also was more than willing to try to make right details that were missed the first time around. The problem is that the cleaning cost $525 and was intended to clean everything from floor to ceiling. The two ladies that came to clean the house were friendly enough but failed to clean the upper reaches of our master closet and remove a pet stain on the carpet along with a few other minor items. After discussing this with Ms. Miller the ladies again failed to clean the top portions of the master closet during their next visit. Considering the high cost of the visit and the fact that the closet was not properly cleaned during two consecutive visits, we felt the price was too high and the quality lacking. The D rating for Professionalism is because our son and some neighborhood children found a cigarette in our driveway after the maids had left. No one that I know in our neighborhood smokes. I told Ms. Miller about this incident and she promised to provide additional training to her staff. This is something that should not require training, however, in my opinion. Folks should know better than to allow their trash to find its way into someone's driveway. Especially after just cleaning their home. On a good note, the maids were punctual, friendly and Ms. Miller is professional and courteous which is the only reason we're giving Magic Touch another chance. Update 2/24/12: Two weeks ago we left a check out on our counter to pay for that day's cleaning. The check went missing and was not found. Ms. Miller, the owner, did agree to absorb the stop payment fee which was nice but on top of the previous problems this was an unwanted aggravation. Today I received a call from Ms. Miller telling me that our front door was locked and her cleaners could not get in to clean. I knew I had unlocked the door but I called my wife to leave her work and go and determine what was the problem. Turns out the cleaning crew was sitting on the front porch of our neighbor's home despite the fact that one of the crew had actually cleaned our home within the last few months. Ms. Miller should have asked the cleaners to confirm their location. The thought had crossed my mind while talking to Ms. Miller that the cleaning crew may be at the wrong house but I didn't mention this because I thought the idea improbable. I told my wife I had failed to mention my thought to Ms. Miller which caused her to become upset since she had to leave work early for no good reason. Ms. Miller laughed when I told her that my wife was very upset with the whole situation. This is why I marked down the grade for Professionalism to an F. A service owner should be very careful about laughing at the misfortunes of a customer, especially when the owner has caused those misfortunes. The bottom line is that we'll never use Magic Touch again. We have had numerous problems in the few months we have used them and it appears that the problems are getting worse and not better. I believe in second chances but we're beyond that with this company.

They came in, all polite, kind workers - and they worked like an army from the time they arrived to the time they left. The difference in them and the other workers I had in the past was remarkable. First of all, they don't talk on cell phones. They get on ladders and clean everything from the base boards to the ceiling fans, windows, refrigerator etc. They will do just about anything you ask them to do. But if you don't ask them to do anything, they know what needs to be done and they don't fool around, they get it done. When finished, I noticed a big difference in my house - unlike I had experience with the former cleaners I used. I would hire them again. I wish I could afford to hire them more often,

They were pricier than other house cleaning services, but I was impressed with Theresa who owned the company. Every time is perfect...Today made me want to submit a report. I was cleaning the sheets on my bed and the sheets were in the dryer. I had gotten caught up with something else and didn't have time to make the bed before Theresa's cleaning ladies came over. I walked in teh master bedroom to find that the ladies had taken the sheets out of teh dryer and made the bed for me. This is an example of teh service your will get with Theresa's company.
