+ -1 moreCarpet was appropriately priced. The installation crew was on time each day of the 3-day job and worked diligently and professionally. They did a great job.
Description of Work: Explained the different kinds of carpet they had and assisted me in the selection process of choosing and purchasing carpet for my home. I paid for half of the carpet at selection time and received a bill for the remainder once the carpet had been installed. I called the company and reminded them of the 5% Angie's List discount to which I was entitled and which was not on the bill. I was old they were not an Angie's List provider, although I had shown the salesman my member coupon on my visit there, and told him that the favorable comments on the list were a big factor in my choice. Ultimately, the owner of the store honored the coupon.

+ -1 moreThere's nothing special about this place. They do have some professionalism but not a whole lot. However,their main goal is to give you great service at a fair price. They did exactly what they stated they would do. My fiancee initially called to have an estimate emailed to him. That didn't happen. That was a minus in our book. However, we decided to throw caution to the wind.We arrived and received an estimate in a matter of minutes. We were told someone would be out to measure and assess the job on Tuesday. They called before arriving, did their assessment and gave us a call with the price that same day. We agreed. You'll have to pay half before the job and the remaining amount after. The work was completed when they stated it would be, 8/23/2012. We are very pleased with the work. The transaction was quick and efficicent.
Description of Work: New Carpet installed covering 1247 sq foot home w/stairs.

+ -1 moreEverything was excellent. The estimator and installers both showed up within 5 minutes of their scheduled time. All were very friendly and professional. The work was excellent. I could not be more pleased. I will be using them again in a few months on another house.
Description of Work: MCO came out, measures all areas to be carpeted. By that afternoon they had worked up a quote. After the quote was accepted, a time was scheduled to do the work. There was a two day lead time on the labor. They ripped out the carpet and padding for 4 bedrooms, a set of stairs and a bonus room. Then replaced all padding and carpet.
