Description of Work: Eddie Jones was hired to complete repairs on the foreclosed home I purchased. Work included removal and replacement of tile and laminate flooring, and rebuilding of rotten chimney exterior. | |Mr. Jones received an initial payout from my lender of $3,500 to purchase supplies and begin work. Total job was to be $11,500. In a month the only work completed was the tile removed from the living room. Shoddily at that, leaving it uneven and pitted. Phone calls, texts, and emails went unanswered for weeks. He finally responded after I fired him. | |I am currently in the process of taking him to arbitration and filing complaints with the state board of contractors. He left my property a mess and has cost me more than what the project required.
