drywall
 + -1 moreLee came out, gave us an estimate, and I agreed to the price. Arranged a time for the tenant to be home so services can be performed. Lee didn't show for the appointment, and when my tenant contacted him he told the tenant that for the amount he was getting paid it wasn't worth his time.
