Description of Work: Clean, caulk and paint all exterior including siding, doors, porches, (front and rear), garage door, gutters and down spouts. Two coats.

 + -1 moreQuite well. Project was completed on schedule. Before starting the project, during initial examination of structure the contractor re-examined the walls, pointed out a deficiency in original installation and advised additional labor and material cost increase from original quote. The total price was then requoted and contract. redone.
Description of Work: Remove incorrectly installed stucco, install new stucco per current process and guidelines, clean up. The price quoted was within 5% from 3 contractors.
