I hired Fireplace Chimney Sweep Solutions to clean and inspect the chimney in my 54 year old home. He found numerous areas in the chimney and fireplace that were deteriorating with age. AfterSed Bledsoe showed me the problem areas and explained the potential dangers, I gave him the go-ahead to make the repairs. He and his crew did an excellent job, cleaned everything up afterward, and possibly saved me from a house fire. Very well satisfied.

We were very glad to have the company service/inspect our gas fireplace. We would def. hire them for our Fireplace services. He walked me through the ins and outs of having a gas fireplace. I would’ve given them a full 5 stars, if they would’ve remembered to offer a different solution that would’ve saved us money. (I asked about this service “after the job” had been done, and was told he initially thought to ask me about that service before he started, but forgot). To his defense though, I should’ve also remembered to ask about the service prior to their starting the job.

Did great work. A little expensive.

They called the same day I made the appointment. They explained in detail about what the appointment would consist of. They worked around my schedule and they made sure that my home was taken care of while they were working. They wore the proper equipment while working.

Sed and crew were timely and professional. They came to my home set up and went to work without delay. Sed explained the process and answered the questions I had. I would definitely recommend and will use again.

Immediate contact after Homeadvisor referral for chimney removal. Mr. Sed discussed project in depth and reason for pricing. Arrived on time with efficient crew. Work was completed safely and to my satisfaction. Lawn and fireplace left in clean condition. Able to retain lots of antique bricks to build patio.

Took awhile to get parts. Had problems with door seal replacement which was left undone by agreement. Contractor was prompt, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend and plan on using this service again in the future.

The contractor came on time as agreed, was very professional and performed work as expected. Good job!
