The EVERLAST crew was fantastic! David came out to give us an estimate the same day I requested it and was very patient and thorough when explaining the process from choosing the shingles to the permit process required by the city. Crew arrived a few days later on time and extremely professional. Entire roof was replaced in a day and a half. No damage to the flower beds around the house and the clean up was perfect—not a stray nail or shingle anywhere. David communicated several times throughout the process to make sure we were happy with the work being performed and completed a final walk through at the end to make sure we had no issues. Price was lower than 3 other estimates I had received for the same work. I highly recommend EVERLAST if you need a roof repair or replacement.

They came out and looked at it. Showed me what was needed to be done and explained why. They got the work done and it was promising.

Getting an estimate was quick and professional. New roof with a few new boards took 2 days... I wasn't onsite to monitor the work and my elderly Mom was in the house. The roofing job is horrible. Shingles aren't even laying down flat and wood is exposed. There are gaps in the flat part of the roof that meets the shingles. My Mom said to pay them so I did with the promise that they would come back and fix the issues I pointed out. Now I can't even get Mohamed to respond and good luck calling the office number provided on the invoice. It goes straight to voice mail and of course that's full. I have a 5 year warranty but how do you use that when I can't even get them to finish the job as promised.

Work was great. Dealing with the office not so much. Finished job after dark and wanted me to pay before I had a chance to check out the completeness of the work.

Had to call the manager 3 times to get the workers to even begin work. Worker left the job before completing. Called the manager and the worker returned 3 hrs later. workers used the wrong nails to nail down the shingles. when brought to the manager's attention he offered to have the nails removed??? The job looks horrible. It should have been a 3 hr job but it took close to 9 hrs.

They were fine and they finished the job quickly.

H and S came promptly after I called, they analyzed all the problems on the roof, then they came the next day, repaired the roof in several places and cut limbs and small branches which were part of the problem. They left my home neat and clean and were very pleasant to work with.

They did a great job and it doesn't rain in there anymore. I would hire them again.
