Description of Work: Actual installation of pool was fine. However, the brick coping along the edge was poorly installed and CPS was unwilling to repair the poor coping installation. The coping work was done by a sub-contractor, not CPS Pools itself, however they did not supervise the work nor were they willing to repair the mistakes made by the coping subcontractors. Also, the bottom surface of the pool has different colors instead of one consistent color. It looks stained, with black streaks on the blue bottom. CPS Pools looked at it and decided that was how it was supposed to look. It is not, however, the one consistent color we thought we paid for. Too bad for us. It shold also be noted that the bottom coloring was performed by a subcontractor. Believe CPS Pools would benefit from closer supervision of its subcontractors.

Description of Work: Installed pool heater at good price. It functioned as expected for a little over a year when it broke down. Company representative made a service call and denied that it was broken. Denied that he had verbally stated it had a two year warranty (which was never supplied in writing).
