Our house sold to the first person who saw it - really more due to our efforts staging and photographing our home. To be fair she developed pneumonia during the time between contract and sale so her nonresponsiveness, her inability to handle things as they happened was understandable but d*** bad luck for us.

It was a great experience!
Description of Work: Melonye Ridgway at Charlotte Smith is an absolute joy to work with! She worked with me from April 2012-July 2012 helping me find my house. I cannot say one bad thing about Melonye! She was always available, she never tried to talk me into anything, and she had infinite patience (I probably looked at about 50 houses altogether!) I completely recommend Melonye 110% to anyone looking for a realtor!
