The hot water leak ran for 3 days before we realized there was leak. At first we thought it was the water heater itself, so they replaced the heating element. Then they replaced the entire hot water heater. Once we realized it was a leak, they fixed the leak.

They tried to overcharge me but we worked it out. I had to clean up behind the guys, other than that they got the job done.

The service went great. All of them were great, and I highly recommend Buford. They came when they said they would, and they did a good job.

Arrived promptly when dispatched. Very courteous and personable. Spent several minutes under the house in less than pleasant weather conditions (wet/cold) to determine source of problems. Located source, explained problem thoroughly. Called dispatch and rescheduled return appt for the next day. Same level of service day 2, all repairs completed satisfactorily.

Our house has three bathrooms, but only had a small 3/8 inch pipe supplying the whole house. We had an engineer design a sytem to provide adequate water volume. Buford did the install. No problems, did the work in about a day. Installed new Pex to house and two outer buildings. Pipe was buried sufficently deep, and they used a small ditch digger, we could barely tell they had run pipe through the yard. Overall great experience.
