Two weeks before I Contacted Brocks and told them my toilet was broken again. (They had been here on 7/1/2013 to repair toilet) Joey told me they would order a newtank and would be out to do the work on Monday or Tuesday. When I had'nt heard from them by Friday I called and left a message. Nobody called back. On August 1 I called again and was told they could not find a new tank but could replace the insides. I told him to do that and he came later that day and repaired it. I paid him but didn't try to toilet to be sure it worked. It didn't. About 10 days later I received a bill for $459.14. I called Brock's had to leave a message, when Roy called back I told him I had already paid the bill and the toilet did'nt work right. he said "why did you call me?" Duh!!! Toilet is still not working right. They never came back
Description of Work: Replaced inside of toilet tank.

Brock Plumbing only operates through an answering service, so it is impossible to speak with anyone "in charge" - you can only leave messages. This becomes somewhat important because of there incredibly bad service and performance. The plumber that came was named "Carson". I found after I paid them and they left that something was wrong with everything they did - plus they left a mess everywhere they worked. (Without asking, they used the wastepaper can in the Master Bath to drain water into, and left the trash in the can. The can leaked all over my new carpet! They threw a wet towel and packing trash on the floor in the Master Closet. I provided top quality Delta fixtures for them to install. After they were finished and had left, I found that one of the new faucets installed in the Master Bath flowed hardly any water, (yes, the valves were turned all the way on!), and one of the new handles they installed on the Tub fell off the first time I turned the hot water on in the tub. The new tub control valve installed in the Guest Bathroom was installed crooked, and at the wrong height, not to mention the way they installed it would not allow the installation of the tub fixtures once the wall was repaired and the tub reset. They left trash and pieces of "plumbing debris" scattered all over the place. The problems listed are only an example of the mess I was left with. Repeated phone calls to the answering service did not produce any positive results.
Description of Work: Install new Kitchen Sink, repaired water line leak in the Guest Bath, installed a new control valve for tub in Guest Bath, replaced two sink fixtures in MB bath, and replaced some of the tub fixtures in the MB bath.
