We offer troubleshooting and diagnostic work, in addition to new unit installation and water heater repair and installation. Need gas logs? We do those, too! Services we offer
We offer any and all types of heating and air conditioning service, and R-22 and R410A, but we can and will install whatever brand the customer prefers. We are also one of the few companies in the Jackson-metro area that DOES NOT charge after-hours fees., compressors, condensers, from new installation, in addition to water heater replacement. We are locally owned and operated; and licensed and insured. We mainly install Trane equipment for new installs, troubleshooting/diagnostic

They were courteous and efficient, and even arrived early the day of the service.
Timmy, the owner, came by multiple times to make sure I understood everything,
and to make sure all was done properly. The day of the install, he went to the store
various times to get new supplies to replace things that he did not realize would need
to be upgraded. He did not charge anything extra!
A godly man, very knowledgeable in his field, and very reasonably priced!
I Highly recommend this company!!

He actually didn't come out to fix my heater, but he told me how to fix my heater over the phone. Really appreciate that and saved me at least $75.

I now sit in a cool home just 30 minutes after the repairman left. I was very impressed with the overall experience and glad that I chose this provider over others listed here. I had no issues in redeeming my $25 coupon for the service visit.

We have used this company before, and, as always, we were very pleased with his promptness to come (hot summer days; air conditioner not cooling as well). He explained to us that as hot as it was, we needed to limit going in and out as much as possible because it pushes the air conditioner, etc. No one had ever explained this to us. He put Freon and checked other parts of the air conditioner to make sure everything was working. He does great work, but he wants to save the customer money by giving them tips. We think he is reasonable, as well.

I called Tim on a Friday evening because I was worried about my air conditioning not cooling as well as it had been cooling and I knew we were about to have a long stretch of terribly hot days. Tim called me back that same evening and made plans to come and look at my ac unit on Saturday - no extra charges for weekend work, either!
He was great! He conducted routine maintenance on my unit, discussed what he had found in clear and thorough terms and told me what to watch out for over the next few days. He followed up with me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with how the ac was performing and answered some more questions I had.
I will definitely be using this company again for my air and heating needs.

I called the number and got a call back within 20 minutes. Told Tim the problem and he immediately dispatched a repair person to look at the problem. The person called to say they were on the way and 20 minutes away, and they promptly showed up in 20 minutes. He checked the issue and immediately knew what the problem was. He got the part that was needed and 10 minutes later came down from the attic gave a thumbs up and had cold air blowing again.

Called Tim at AC Remedies on a Friday from my job out of town. Informed him my ac was blowing warm air. Temperature in my home was at 88 degrees the day before. I also informed him that I wouldn't be home until 8:00 pm. He immediately told me he could meet me at my house at that time. Before leaving work I needed to call Tim to let him know that I would be running late getting home. He told me his daughter had an accident (possible broken arm) and he needed to check on her anyway. I told him of course and if he couldn't make it just come as soon as possible. He insisted that he still wanted to check out my unit that night. We agreed on 10:00 at which he arrived promptly. He quickly diagnosed my problem to be low on Freon and added what was needed. While he was working I stayed by his side in case he needed anything and really enjoyed talking with him. We talked as if we'd known each other for years and I had the feeling this young man really cared that myself and my mother living with me were suffering in the heat and wanted to help us get comfortable in our home again. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. In fact I brought up what I could do to improve my aging ac and furnace system. Paid him and expected to pay more since he was providing after hours service but was told he does not charge extra for after hours. No doubt AC Remedies will be my HVAC guys in the future and when it is time to replace my system I will want Tim to do the work for me. On a scale of 1-10 he gets an 11 in my book!

It was under a warranty ground that I had a whole warranty with them. I would have the owner of the company to do work on my house at any time. He came on either a Saturday or a Sunday and it was outside the common business hours.

The day I called in they told me they'd be here the next day, and would call an hour before to let us know they were on the way. They did exactly that, the office called about an hour before and then the technician called about 1/2 hour before he arrived. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Great service!
