Roberson Floor Service Inc

Roberson used a floor sanding machine that was old and did not perform correctly. It left scalloped places in our hardwood floors throughout our home. When questioned about the job, the owner was reluctant to correct the problem and it was only after we withheld payment that he finally agreed to perform the job correctly. He had to bring in another operator and a different sanding machine and finally got the floors correctly done. However, our floors were sanded so many times that they are now too thin to ever be sanded again. The owner had a bad attitude and was very uncooperative.

JR Roberson arrived at my new house purchase to offer a bid on installing nail in hardwood floors and refinishing the existing hardwood floors. Upon meeting he spoke of a thoughtful birthday gift his wife and children had just presented him with the week before. As soon as we walked inside my house to measure the floors he turned into a different person. He behaved very offensively toward me. When I discouraged his advances he became more aggressive. I felt very unsafe. Thankfully, there was another crew working on my roof at the time. He was lewd and lascivious and remained in front of my house staring with out purpose- no txting, no papers, just staring at my house. Totally creepy. He knew I had to get to my son's school for an appointment. Finally, I asked one of the roofers to send him on his way. When he saw the roofer coming toward him, he got in his vehicle and left. I'm going to buy some mace. BEWARE!!!!!!!! I'm so glad he's on Angie's list. It's easier to report him! BEWARE!!!

I wouldn't want to recommend them for anybody. They had to put it down three times. They still haven't finished it. It was the worst experience I have ever had out of a contractor. You can see sand marks and have cracks in the floor between the floors. They only have one coat of polyurethane.

I have used this carpet cleaning service about four times now. Each time the service was excellent. I highly recommend!

Horrible!! they were called back to my house 3 times and the floor is still not right. The tiles are coming up and clipping on the corner.

They are efficient and quick and do very good work. I would give them an A overall.
