+ -1 moreIt was determined that the latch on the door needed replacing. Two months later it still has not been fixed. They were supposed to come today with the new latch - I stayed home all day - and they were a no show. I have called the company numerous times and the office staff has been rude and seemed put out that I was calling to find out when the job would be finished.
Description of Work: This work was for a dishwasher still under warranty. Lowes made arrangements for Houlka to repair it in early September.
