TIM MOTE PLUMBING, LLC

When I called to follow up with them, I finally got a call back from supervisor (owner maybe) on 1/14/16 who asked to come by the next day which I agreed to but he did not show...and then no follow up again after that. It's been two weeks since then, so I had no choice but to call another provider.

POLYBUTYLENE WATER PIPES ? My home, like many others, was built in ?94 using PB pipes. I recently noticed standing water in my yard. I thought it was my next door neighbor?s problem. We soon learned it was my water leak. I called American Leak Detection. They determined the leak was in the middle of my LR floor in the concrete slab. I was told if I only repaired the one leak I could have another in a week/month/ year in another spot. After researching the enormous problems with the PB pipe I decided to abandon them entirely & run all new water lines. I called 3 plumbers for estimates. One told me it would take 3 men 5 or 6 days & my house would be pretty much destroyed in the process. He said floors & ceilings would have to be cut out & I wouldn?t be able to stay in the house because I wouldn?t have any water. He wanted the job but wouldn?t give an estimate. The next guy looked at it & never called me back. Then Tim Mote Plumbing came out. The gentlemen were very professional, & actually took some measurements. They called the next day with the estimate & said it would only take 2 days with a minimal amount of destruction, mostly sheet rock removal. I was prepared to cover my furniture but they said it wouldn?t be necessary. They said I wouldn?t be without water & I could stay in the house. When they were finished they cleaned up the areas where they worked. I still had to replace the sheet rock but they were so neat when they removed it, all we had to do was insert the cutouts back in the holes, do a little ?mud? & spackle repair & paint a little & it was done! I couldn?t be more pleased with the results. If you have Polybutylene pipes in your home & need them replaced, these people know what they are doing. In the future I will call only Tim Mote Plumbing for all water related needs.

He did a good job. They came out in advance and gave me a bid. He wasn't cheap. We had a filtration system, soda dispensing, and straight hot water.

I was very please with this company. They did a good job completing the work and were very professional. They offered a great price. The only complaint I have is that as they were approaching the end of the job, they seemed to be less responsive. However, I would still hire them again in the future.

He and his brother have always taken care of everything for me. There never is an issue. Their office chick is not that great. She kind of lacks on returning calls.

Not well. My first message to Tim Mote Plumbing in late December I expressed my urgent need of a wheelchair accessible bathroom with a roll in shower. After the holidays my husband called Tim Mote Plumbing, a few days later a gentleman came by to see what we wanted done. When he left he said someone from Tim Mote Plumbing would provide an estimate. A week to10 days later I sent a second message. We're mid January and still no progress. Then 2 Sub Contractors were sent, they said the job would take at least 2 weeks. Then we got an estimate from another Contractor altogether! Finally as of January 27 th I have a Beautiful Master Bath Retreat! No thanks to Tim Mote Plumbing or Angie's List!!!

They were quick, knew what they were doing. They fixed the problem the first time. They did not try and up sale me, they were knowledgeable showed me how to fix some other things. I would recommend them.

He showed up the same day, found the leak and took care of it within an hour and a half. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him.

The repair went very well. They had to hunt for the leak but found it and repaired it. My husband and I were grateful to have such honest and prompt service. Would definitely call Tim Mote Plumbing again. We have had plumbers here before and were sorely disappointed in their work.

I discovered the shower fixtures leaking into the wall, and was afraid the walls would have to be opened up to repair. Gene was able to rebuild the fixtures, vs. opening up the wall and replacing them. I worked from home that day and had several conference calls. Gene was very courteous and professional. While I was on my calls he was very conscientious about minimizing the noise of his work and his visits to his truck. I have used Tim Mote Plumbing in the past, as well. I plan on using them again. While I am sure all of the technicians/plumbers are as courteous and professional as Gene, I will also make sure to ask for him when possible.

I had a bit of a problem setting up the appointment. When i commented about it, the guys said the owner was in the hospital and his wife was scheduling everything from Nashville. Knowing that, they did a great job

They were very good. There was more than just the plumbing work. They recommended somebody to do that and they came out right away so that they could continue with their plumbing work so they worked their way out. They seemed a little pricey for me but it could be because I hadn't had anything done and I didn't know what the going rate was.

They were very reliable and very professional. Their price was lower than any other plumber we talked to. They did an excellent job. I would not consider using anyone else.
