+ -1 moreService was performed for my mother whom they tried to cheat on the follow-up visit. The ceiling mounted opener lost the codes to the car remotes and the door keypad (possible power surge?). Fixing the problem took me less than five minutes from start to finish. The Dixie Door rep had tried to sell my 85-year old mother a new motor for $800. Firstly, the problem was not the motor and secondly a new motor should cost less than $250 parts and labor. This company tries to take advantage of old people.
Description of Work: Repaired garage door after it jumped off track. Then called back several months later when remotes failed to work.
