Waymon did a great job replacing 14 year old unit with new one. Was the lowest estimate and performed the work in a very timely manner. Would do business with again.

The spring inspection went well, and on time, although the recommended repairs for the AC cost several hundred dollars more. At the time of the AC inspection, I asked if we should schedule the fall heating inspection. I was told no, they'd call me. I sent an email inquiry last October that was acknowledged with a promise they'd call that week to schedule the fall inspection. I'm still waiting on that call. Frankly, they can keep my money paid for the fall service. I'd rather not have them back at my home. I speculate that Collierville is too far away from their base in Hernando to service effectively.

Everything went well and heating system check out okay.

The experience I had, allowed me to discontinue looking further for anyone else in this business. ColemanAir was the 3rd company this year hired to repair a revolving issue on my air conditioner. My family and I recently purchased a home with high ceilings. The existing unit could never keep us comfortable. I was ready to tear it all out and purchase new equipment. The air would never blow enough in the furthest rooms, therefore making it unbearable in those rooms. The previous contractor explained to me that my unit needing replaced, but as I was taught, Always get a second opinion. When ColemanAir arrived, they diagnosed everything and determined that the evaporator coil was clogged and that reduced air flow thru the vents. I decided to hire them to make this repair and I'm very glad I did. This company arrived on time, in uniform, had better manners that would make your Mom proud, and completed the job in a timely manner Let me also mention how clean everything was when complete! I'll never use any other company other than ColemanAir. Great Service all the way around.

Excellent service! Very professional. This is the second time Wayne has repaired my AC unit. Last year he replaced a switch or compressor on the unit. He came out within 24 hrs to get my unit up and running. Will definitely use him again.
