I am not completely satisfied because they did not leave/give me all the information I need to comply with the warranty. I called as soon as I realized I needed more info and was told they would get it to me when they stopped. I have not heard from them.

I hired a “Factory Authorized” to work on my tankless water heater 10 months ago to no avail. The very knowledgeable Roeder’s Plumbing staff replaced my water heater a week ago. Due to their superior performance, I will hire them again for major plumbing projects.
